Jennifer Weinik is a native Philadelphian. Born in West Philadelphia, and raised in the city's Germantown neighborhood, Ms. Weinik studied sculpture at the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts. Since then, she has produced fine drawings and sculpture from her in-home studio for more than fifteen years.

Before the birth of her children, Ms. Weinik also worked in the Pharmacy of the Veterinary Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, leading her to create several portraits of clients' particularly beloved dogs, cats, and children. Some of these works are available for viewing in the drawings and sculpture sections of this site.
